Goodmans has been an AuditWizardTM user for 2.5 years, and we have saved a huge amount of money and time with these tools. These tools enable our 3-person I.T. department to manage over 200 PC's in three cities with minimal effort. In fact, we have gone from reacting to unplanned changes, to proactively managing our PC and laptop environment. For example, our furniture specification software is updated monthly. Before AuditWizardTM, we would have to chase folks down to be sure the updates occurred on each desktop, or risk having incorrectly specified furniture being ordered. Today, with one report, AuditWizardTM quickly identifies the users who need to be updated, and we ensure the updates happen quickly. Also, AuditWizardTM and AlertMonitor really help us deal with users who want to impersonate our IT department, by installing "unauthorized" software. With AlertMonitor, we are informed of this immediately, and we can intervene even before the installation process is complete. We highly recommend these products!

We have been using your product, AuditWizardTM, since Oct of 2001. AuditWizardTM has been very useful to us in the IT department. We are a large medical center including clinics away from our main facility, currently running around 1400 PC's on our network. In the past it has been very challenging to find out what machines need to be upgraded, what software has been installed, what kind of internet activity is going on and other hardware information that may be needed. AuditWizardTM has made our inventory tracking much easier. Covenco, Inc (www.covencoinc.com) is a food vending and management company. We have six locations serving areas in PA, MD, VA, and WV. We offer vending services, corporate catering, cafeteria service, and inmate commissary services to local prison facilities. We found AuditWizardTM to be of great use last year. We received a letter from the BSA about the possibility of being audited, and we knew we didn't have enough licenses to cover what we had installed. Using Audit Wizard we were quickly able to see how many computers we had, and what was installed on each of them. It also helped us to settle on a uniform version of the operation system, and office. The Asian division of BlueScope Steel (a multi national flat steel producer with coating lines and roll forming factories throughout Asia) have been using AuditWizardTM for the past 12 months and more recently have evaluated and ordered HelpBoxTM.
