What's New?

As we start 2010, Layton Technology has implemented a number of new changes, including an upgrade to our existing website. We have consolidated our products and employed new highly talented and motivated software developers to take our products to the next level, so expect to see some positive and exciting changes over the coming months.

AuditWizard network inventory software will continue to go from strength-to-strength over the coming months as it continues along its development roadmap. New features have already been added such as the ability to audit SNMP enabled devices such as routers, switches, hubs and network printers. In addition existing functionality has been refined and the application optimized in many areas. Coming soon will be a revamp of the reporting and an update to the dashboard.

An announcement will be made about HelpBox later this year which we are really excited about. We can't reveal too much at this stage but what we can say is development is already well underway for a brand new version!

HelpBox v6 web based help desk software is being completely re-written from the ground up, utilising the very latest ASP.NET technology and incorporating AJAX and many more web two features. Every module has been meticulously planned and designed before being implemented. It has also be designed based on specific feedback from our current help desk customers. ITIL features are also included.
