ActiveHelp Requirements

ActiveHelp Pro™ has minimal requirements. The PC configuration is constrained by the requirements of IIS rather than by ActiveHelp Pro™.

IIS Server

ActiveHelp Pro requires a Microsoft IIS server running version 5 or later

PHP 5.2 or later – this is installed as part of the server installation

Microsoft 2000 or higher – Microsoft MSDE 2000 SP3 is installed as part of this server installation

512 MB RAM

IIS-SMTP services installed for email delivery

The Client

ActiveHelp Pro™ client can be installed on virtually any PC provided the operating system is one of the following:

Windows 2000 or higher
